摘要: 乳酸菌制剂具有改善胃肠道功能、提高动物免疫力和生产性能等作用,现已逐步应用于畜禽水产等各个养殖领域。近几年来,中国在乳酸菌制剂的研究和应用方面也开展了较多研究。作者综述了有关乳酸菌制剂在冻干保存、微胶囊制备和生物技术应用方面的研究现状,以及乳酸菌制剂在促进猪生长、改善肠道环境和提高免疫力等方面的研究和应用进展,旨在为乳酸菌制剂在中国养猪业中的进一步研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract: Lactobacillus preparations can enhance intestinal function,improve immunity,and promote growing and have been gradually applied in all breeding areas.In recent years,many researches were carried out about Lactobacillus preparations in our country. This paper summarized the study level of freeze drying preserve,microencapsulation preparation of Lactobacillus,and biotechnology utilization on Lactobacillus and the utilization progress of Lactobacillus preparations on growing promoting,intestinal environment improving,and immunity enhancing of pig,and to provide consultations for further study and utilization of Lactobacillus preparations on pig production in our country.
