摘要: SNPs是目前遗传标记研究的一大热点,牛催乳素(prolactin,PRL)基因是与产奶性状相关的重要候选基因。PRL基因上的SNPs与牛的产奶量、乳脂量、乳蛋白量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率等性状存在某种关联,可用于牛的标记辅助选择(MAS)育种。笔者从PRL的结构与功能、基因的定位及作用机制、PRL上的SNPs与产奶性状关系的研究等几个方面进行了综述。

Abstract: SNPs was currently a hot research of genetic markers,prolactin (PRL) gene was one of the important candidate genes that associated with milk production traits. SNPs on PRL gene were related with milk yield,protein yield,fat yield,protein content and fat content,which could be used for maker assisted selection (MAS) in dairy cattle breeding. The article reviewed the structure and function,gene location,action mechanism of PRL and relationship of SNPs on PRL gene and milk production traits.
