摘要:芽孢杆菌作为微生态制剂的一种重要来源细菌,在维护动物肠道健康、促进微生态平衡方面起着重要的作用,相对于其他益生菌而言,芽孢杆菌使用上具有更大的应用优势,成为目前研究的热点。芽孢杆菌的芽孢能够在体内迅速萌发增殖,从而起到促进免疫、抗菌防病、改善肠道菌群及相关的代谢酶活性等生理作用。作者根据国内外研究的最新成果,综述了饲用益生芽孢杆菌基础和应用研究的最新进展,对益生芽孢杆菌的应用推广提供理论参考。

Abstract: Abstract:Bacillus species are one of important sources of probiotics preparation. The species exert beneficial effect on the health of animals gastrointestinal tract and the microecology balance. Many research interests are focused on the Bacillus probiotics for their advantage of alternative to antibiotics in feed.Spores of Bacillus were found that they could germinate and proliferate in vivo, and that their physiological activities, such as immunological enhancement, modulation of intestinal microflora and enzyme activities, could be released through spore germination. According to the newest research, the progress of the application and mechanism on Bacillus probiotics is reviewed in the paper.
