摘要: 卵泡刺激素(FSH)是调控动物繁殖活动的重要垂体激素之一,大量研究结果表明,FSHβ亚基基因多态性与动物繁殖性能显著相关,主要集中在与猪繁殖性状的分子相关的分子标记研究方面,研究结果发现,FSHβ亚基基因对猪产仔数具有显著影响。因此,研究FSHβ亚基基因功能区的突变对其蛋白功能及对哺乳动物繁殖性能的影响,从而提高动物的生产水平,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

Abstract: Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is one of important pituitary hormone, by which regulating animal breeding activities. A large number of research results show that it is a significant relation between FSHβ subunit gene polymorphism and animal breeding performance, with the focus on porcine reproductive traits of molecular marker-related research, the study found that FSHβ subunit gene on the pig litter size have a significant impact. As a result, research mutation of FSHβ subunit gene function domain on its albumen function, and mammal breeding performance effect, in order to increase productive level, it has important theory and practice significance.
