摘要: 作者首先在实验室建立了猪的AFLP分析体系。经过筛选,利用16对引物组合构建了中国6个常见猪品种中共计20个样本的AFLP分析图谱,通过统计分析,得到了6个猪品种的遗传距离,并由此构建了聚类分析图。在此基础上,得到了一些品种特异性的片段,这些片段为进一步寻找这些品种特异性的分子标记提供了可能。

Abstract:

We firstly constructed the analytical system for AFLP in pig, and then, scanned six common pig species by AFLP marker using the selective 10 primer combinations. The genetic distance and the cluster graph were acquired applying 20 individuals which belong to six different pig species, respectively. Some specie-specific DNA fragments had been found, which laid the basis for looking for STS (site-tagged sequences) markers.
