摘要: 越来越多的基因突变对哺乳动物性发育有影响。在造成青春期异常的原因中,约75%是由于基因突变造成的。作者简要介绍了DAX1、KAL1、FGFR1、PROP1、PROKR2/ PROK2基因突变与哺乳动物性晚熟的关系。

Abstract: Mutations have been identified in an increasing number of genes that influence the onset and progression of puberty.These mutations accounted for about 75% of the variation in the timing of puberty. This review briefly introduced the relationships between mutations of DAX1, KAL1, FGFR1, PROP1, PROKR2/ PROK2 genes and delayed puberty in mammals.
