Abstract: In the same environmental conditions,the experiments in three alfalfa grass block recruitment conducts five phase of fattening effect research to the different variety beef cattle. Through the determination of different variety beef cattle's body weight,average daily gain and roughage intake,compare effects of different variety beef cattle weight gain. The results show that the increase alfalfa grass block can have the enhancement to average daily gain effect in degree of feed compared to the drop situation,with do not add compared Holstein group was significantly difference （P<0.01）,and Xinjiang brown cattle group was difference remarkable (P<0.05),and Angus group there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The alfalfa grass block's increase in this experiment nutritional level and the body weight,the Xinjiang brown cattle,the Holstein,the Angus each group of being suitable recruitment respectively is 1.2,1.2,0.5 kg. District fishery area raising cattle present situation and productive forces level in low level of feed compared to the situation,the beef cattle should first consider the use of local fine varieties. 
