Abstract: The trial was conducted with 250 broilers to study the effects of different dietary concentrations of plant extract preparation on the immune function and growth performance compared to the aureomycin. The results showed that the plant extract tended to improve the growth performance, survival rate and feed conversion efficiency in broilers. The plant extract improved the lymphocyte transformation, phagocytic activity of the macrophages, humoral immune response and cellular immune response. Supplemental plant extract at 500 g/t of diets had better influence on immune response than aureomycin.
