A Review of Continuous Dynamic Simulation Ruminal Fermentation System and its Application

Abstract: Simulation ruminal fermentation system is a good model for the research of rumen microorganisms，assessing new feed materials and toxicological test for new additives. The use of the model is not only simple, convenient and handles well, but furthest stimulating the rumen circumstances in vivo. The classification, structure, control parameters, stimulated results, culture method, application and the defects of the apparatus were present in this paper.
