The Overview of Granulosa Cells Culture in Mammalian Follicular

Abstract

Abstract: Granulosa cells played an important role in follicular development. At the same time，varieties of reproductive hormones and cytokines affected the proliferation and differentiation of granulosa cells. As an idea cell model for researching animal reproductive physiology，the paper told that granulosa cells in vitro played a role in animal reproductive physiology.
