Diagnosis of Canine Parvovirus in Tibetan Mastiffs

Abstract: Tibetan mastiff is a kind of dogs, but also by the threat of virus infection in dogs. According to the survey, the canine parvovirus and the canine distemper virus are the main two categories virus of threat Tibetan mastiffs. The paper introduced a Tibetan mastiffs farm in Qinghai. The clinical symptoms and pathological lesions and laboratory diagnosis were observed, and CPV was detected by virus isolation culture and PCR, the final diagnosis result was CPV. Because the existence of the disease and the harm fulness to the dogs industry, the diagnosis and monitoring of CPV should be strengthening.
