陆川猪和大白猪LEPR基因对产仔数的效应分析

Abstract

Abstract: To compare the effects of LEPR gene on litter size, the author used PCR-SSCP to test it’s genotypic frequency, and analyzed the effect of various genotypes on total number born (TNB) and number born alive (NBA) within Luchuan and large white pigs. The results showed that LEPR gene had significant effects on the first parity and the average TNB，NBA in Luchuan pigs (P<0.05), and had significant effects on the first parity TNB，NBA in large white pigs (P<0.05), but no effects on the average TNB，NBA in large white pigs (P>0.05). 
