甘草的理化特性及其在畜牧生产中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: The roots and rhizomes of Glycyrrhiza uralensis are important Chinese traditional medicine prescription material,licorice stems and leaves could be used as medicine and forage fodder.This paper reviewed the physicochemical properties of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,and the application and the advance of the roots and rhizomeson,the stem and leaf,the residue and the by-product via extract of the roots and rhizomeson of Glycyrrhiza uralensis in animal production.
