猪流行性腹泻病毒RT-PCR检测方法的建立

Abstract

Abstract: The article acts according to nucleocapsid protein gene sequence on GenBank and designs one pair of primers which could amplify 245 bp fragment. A series of test results indicated that this method has the very strong specificity and the very high sensitivity, may take porcine epidemic diarrhea virus the clinical fast diagnosis one method.
