Abstract: Milk protein is an important component of milk, containing almost all the essential amino acids which are required by humans. However, many factors affect the synthesis of milk protein, such as the diet composition, the genetic factors, and the rearing environment and so on, but the specific mechanism is not clear. Therefore, it has become a hot and emphasis research on how to improve the content of milk protein by studying the milk protein synthesis mechanism combined with nutritional control measures. This article reviews the nutrition levels and mechanisms which affect milk protein synthesis.
