Abstract: In this study, the effects of heparin, caffeine, sodium pyruvate and BSA on the IVF of Yanbian yellow cattle oocytes were researched. The results showed that the quantum of supplementation of heparin was 20 μg/mL, the acrosome reaction of spermatozoa and rate of fertilization were 82.52% and 75.34%, significantly higher than groupⅡ(P<0.05) and non-significantly higher than group Ⅲ(P>0.05); The quantum of supplementation of sodium pyruvate was 0.0025 g/mL, the acrosome reaction of spermatozoa and rate of fertilization were 78.13% and 71.57%, significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05); The quantum of supplementation of BSA was 0.006 g/mL, the acrosome reaction of spermatozoa and rate of fertilization were 80.78% and 71.44%, significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).
