Abstract: In this experiment,transfer factor was extracted by dialysis from porcine spleen and physics and chemistry nature,biological activity,safety testing was researched, the result showed that TF could enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages,TF was sensitive to Staphylococcus, E.coli,Salmonella,but had little effects on Streptococci. We used TF(0.2, 0.1, 0.05 mL/kg)respectively and drug treatment for porcine epidemic diarrhea and porcine circovirus, the result showed that 0.1 mL/kg use of the effect was better.
