Studies on Effects of Cryopreserve Epididymal Spermatozoa Retrieved after Death on Cashmere Goat of Inner Mongolia

Abstract: In this study, experiment results showed that after postmortem cooling the environment in three different collection of epididymal and testicular frozen dead animals 22 hours later,at room temperature (19 ℃) collection of sperm (treatment 1) was the best effect, 55.0%± 3.4%motile, frozen-thawed sperm. At 4 ℃ to collect sperm motility (treatment 2) was 35.0%±2.5%, collected at 37 ℃ (treatment 3) sperm motility, was 23.0%±2.5%. Through two stages of treatment group indicators of sperm the determination of the sperm motility and sperm of other indicators of the relationship between the cashmere goats obtained sperm can successfully saved.
