Abstract: This paper investigated the effects of different conditions on the fusing rate of Capra ibex-goat somatic cell nuclear transfer reconstructed embryo, including fusion means, fusion strength, incision site between Somatic and zona pellucida as well as it whether repaired after reconstructed and so on. The results showed that different fusion means had significant effects on the fusing rate(67.57% and 42.15%,P<0.05);it had no effect on the fusing rate and death rate when the fusing strength IS between 1.3 to 1.9 kV/cm; the incision site between Somatic and zona pellucida had no significant influence on fusing rate, but the oocyte’ dead rate was higher than the control’s during fusion (8.25% and 2.3%,P>0.05 ); it had no effect on fusing rate between immediately fusion after reconstructed and fusion after repairing 2 h(67.29% and 68.33%,P>0.05).
