Abstract

Abstract: Stem cell is a class of self-renewing and trap a potential of cell groups，it can self-renewal in long-term and has the ability of differentiation to form variety cells in certain conditions. In recent years, stem cell research and application to almost all areas of life sciences and biomedicine fields. The author provides the biological characteristics and plasticity of stem cell and reiews the stem cell’s plasticity and application of the latest development in recent years.
