Abstract

Abstract: Researching the distribution of virus in the animal body is mainly to understand the regulation of virus growth and multiplication in animal and find the target cell and target organs of virus. Then it can provide the experimental evidence for the mechanism of disease and control technologies. The method of fluorescent quantitative PCR has the characteristic including quantitative accuracy， specificity， and high degree of automation，etc. So it is one of the main ways to research the distribution. The author summarized the principle and application of this way.
