Identification and Phylogenetic Analysis of Arcanobacterium Pyogenes Isolated from Naemorhedus Goral and Pseudois

Abstract

Abstract: To identifiy and analyze the three Arcanobacterium pyogenes isolates from Naemorhedus goral and Pseudois,the biochemistry test，analysis of 16S rRNA, automatic micbiology analysis and the other classical methods. The results showed that the three strains were Arcanobacterium pyogenes. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that the homology of three strains campared with NCTC5224 (type strain) were 100%, and they were in the same branch.
