Abstract: Deoxynivalenol (DON, vomitoxin) contamination of grains is a very common phenomenon in the global. The pigs are most susceptible to DON.The research studies pharmacokinetic of deoxynivalenol and clinical normal indexes of hematology and biochemistry by intragastric and intravenous(IV) administration of pure DON.The results showed that HCT had very significant difference in 12,24 h compared with pre-administration(P<0.01);HGB and HCT were lower than pre-administration,and had significant difference in 0.33,1,2 h compared with pre- administration(P<0.05);RBC and PLT had no difference compared with pre- administration (P>0.05).In intravenous group, WBC,RBC and PLT had no difference compared with pre-administration(P>0.05);WBC,RBC and PLT were lower than pre-administration,and had significant difference in 0.17,0.33 h compared with pre-administration respectively (P<0.05);HCT and HGB had very significant difference compared with pre- administration at other times(P<0.01).Hematologic indexes had no difference effects of vomitoxin by different administration methods in pigs(P>0.05).
