袋鼠摩根氏菌生物特性鉴定及系统发育分析

Abstract

Abstract: The phylogenetic analysis and biological characterization of three bacterial strains isolated from kangaroo were identified，based on the sharp observation，cultural character，chemical property，pathogenicity by Biolog microbes identification system，16S rRNA gene sequence analysis and the other classical methods.The results showed that the three strains were Morganella Morganii， and were pathogenic to mice. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that the homology of three strains campared with LMG7874 (type strain) were 99.8%， and they were in the same branch.
