Abstract: This paper was to study the effects on production performance and serum biochemical parameters of laying hens by feeding two kinds of microorganisms BM1259 and Yijunle. The results showned that: ①the average laying rate and feed conversion ratio of the group BM1259 was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05);②TP,ALB,CK and Glu of the group BM1259 were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05),the serum biochemical parameters of the group Yijunle had no significantly difference from control group except the CK parameter. It was concluded that microorganisms of BM1259 and Yijunle could improve the production performance and serum biochemical parameters of Lohmann layers,herein,BM1259 was a better microorganism.
