Study on Glutamate Thalli Protein in Place of Partial Protein Feedstuffs Corresponding to Production Performance in Dairy Cows

Abstract:

Abstract:18 Chinese Holstein cows of 2 to 4 parity at mid-lactation were selected,randomly divided into 3 groups of six cows, group 1 and group 2 were added to each of 5% and 15% proportion of glutamate thalli protein, the control group does not add glutamate thalli protein in order to assess the influence on production performance of dairy cows. The results showed that 5% or 15% glutamate thalli protein was used in place of partial protein feedstuffs of dairy cows in summere,roughage intake was promote increased, and milk production was decreased slowly, but milk quality was not influenced significantly. 
