Abstract: Abstract:To establish rabbits mastitis model, 104 CFU/mL/3 to 4 kg (body weight) of Staphylococcus aureus that was isolated from the milk of dairy cattle with mastitis were infused into the third of mammary gland in 16 healthy rabbits. When the clinical mastitis model was challenged, observe its manifestations, pathological changes in breast tissue morphology, and regress the breast tissue fluid after established model 72 hours. The results showed that: ①Post- challenged treated group expressed significant clinical signs, manifested as reduced dietary wishes, and even waste must; body temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate significantly increased; model swollen breast areas.②Challenged district of breast tissue examination found inflammatory cell infiltration, destruction of the organizational structure and so on. ③Regression tests were positive by both morphological and biochemical identification was identified as Staphylococcus aureus. The results demonstrated that the rabbits experimental mastitis model infused with Staphylococcus aureus via teat duct was the same as immunopathology and inflammatory response, and can be used as a pathological mode1.
