Abstract: The physical diagnosis which contains the general examination and B-Scan were carried out for the feeble 10-year-old female golden retriever. Because of the expectant treatment is ineffectual so we decided to carry out the operation. Then the lump was exsected and fixed by 10% formalin. The paraffin section was made to observe the change of this abnormal tissue. Eventually, the final diagnosis showed that this old dog suffered from canine bladder transitional cell carcinoma. This thesis discussed the etiological factor, the pathologic mechanism, the diagnostic methods and treatment method of this disease.
