Abstract: The subchronic toxic of oxytetracycline removed the titer was tested by feeding mouse. Whether toxic substance is produced in the process of treating the oxytetracycline herb residues was studied. The results showed that the organ coefficient of mouse fed the worked herb residue was similar to the mouse fed the unworked herb residue (P>0.05). The indexes of worked herb residue are identical with that of unworked herb residue and it decreases the residues titer greatly. 
