河南省规模化猪场猪链球菌2型的分离鉴定和药敏试验

Abstract

Abstract: Gram postitive coccobacilli were isolated from 291 samples of 113 farms in Henan province which had high fever syndrome from 2006 to 2009. These strains were identified by culture characteristics，biochemical test，SS and SS2 PCR assay. The results showed that there were 125 strains Streptococcus suis and 35 strains SS2 among these 125 SS. Mice virulence and drug susceptibility test results showed that these 35 SS2 strains were lethal to mice and sensetive to Cefotaxime，Cefazolin，Ceftazidime，Amoxicillin，Chloramphenicol，Ciprofoxacin and Ofloxacin.
