Analysis of the Correlations between Polymorphism of Growth Hormone Receptor Gene exon10 Digested with Hind Ⅲ and Indexes of Body Size, Body Weight in Cattle

Abstract

Abstract: The polymorphism at 730 position in exon 10 of GHR gene was investigated in three cattle breeds (Nanyang cattle,limousin and galloway), and the relationships between different genotype and body size indexes were analyzed.The results showed that in three breeds it did not have any significant association of 730 SNP with the 12 traits considered. 
