Abstract: The Escherichia coli strains from guinea disease-related materials were isolated, through cultivation, morphology, colony, dyeing, biochemistry test. Then drug sensitivity of the isolates were tested using fourty different chemical drugs. The drugs susceptibility test showed as following: very sensitive drugs accounted for 27.5%; high-sensitive drugs accounted for 12.5%; mid-sensitive drugs accounted for 20.0%; low-sensitive accounted for 17.5%; not sensitive drugs accounted for 22.5%. To prevent and cure Escherichia coli strain, Cefotaxime sodium, Sulperazon, Cefoperazone and Ceftriaxone sodium were the best.
