蛋鸡卵黄与血清中H5N1亚型禽流感病毒Re-4株抗体效价相关性研究

Abstract

Abstract: Correlation between H5N1 (Re-4) avian influenza virus serum-antibody in chickens and that in yolk was studied. Chickens (115 d) were immunized, and during this time (135 d to 260 d) serum-antibody and yolk-antibody were monitored. Monitoring results proved that during this time (135 d to 260 d) HI antibody level of the two monitoring ways were high-correlative，and difference between serum HI antibody titer and yolk HI antibody titer was overwhelmed by value analysis. The result of t-test for equality of means was nonsignificant. So it was feasible that yolk replaced serum as monitor sample.
