Abstract: Using the gene heredity separation law method assay determination, has proven the Chinese place wolfdog wolf green individual genotype is aw/aw or aw/at, the black back yellow abdomen individual’s genotype is at/at, gene aw is dominant to at. Gathers the wolf green purely the dog and the other coat color type dog appropriate match obtained descendant, his/her coat color all for wolf green; Black back Huang Fuquan who and gathers purely for the heterozygote wolf green dog matches after the appraisal, the obtained descendant’s coat color segregation ratio is 1∶1; matches mutually after the appraisal for the heterozygous wolf green’s male and female dog, the obtained descendant coat color segregation ratio is 3∶1.
