Status of Research on Deer External Fertilization Technique

Abstract

Abstract: It already has existed New Zealand and French technical system concerning research on deer external fertilization technique, but the culture system was not established yet, still staying at an initial stage. This paper explained some testing technique and method of research such as collection, conveying of deer ovary and collection of oocyte, external maturity culture of oocyte, external capacitation and external fertilization of sperm, and external culture of fertilized eggs.
