五味子萃取物有效成分含量测定及其对鸡肉中肌苷酸含量的影响

Abstract

Abstract: This paper determinated the content of extract of schisandra chinensis effective constituent with high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）,and investigated the effect of extract of schisandra chinensis on inosinic acid content in pectoral and leg muscle of broilers. 200 onedayold avian male and female broilers were randomly assigned to five treatments of four replications with 10 chicks per pen. The control was provided with basal diet. Treatments were basal diet added with 5 mg/kg Flavomycin (FLA), 0.1% ESC, 0.2% ESC and 0.4 % ESC, respectively. On 56 day, two broilers per treatment were killed, determinated inosinic acid content of pectoral and leg muscle. The result showed that the inosinic acid content in every tiral group was higher than the control and FLA group, and the 0.4% ESC group was the best. 
