Analysis the Important Gene that Affect Animal Meat Quality, Flavor, Growth and Disease Resistance Traits

Abstract: This paper discuss with the gene about affecting meat, flavor, growth and disease of livestock and poultry. The purpose is provide a solid theoretical foundation and technical support about transgenic research, breeding new varieties of innovation through discussing with the gene about affecting meat, flavor, growth and disease.
