Development Trends of the World Milk Industry in 21 Century

Abstract: The development trends and emphases of milk industry in 21 century were discussed in this article. The improvement of quality, enhancement of function of milk and exploiture of the new market were development trends in 21century in the world milk industry. Milk fractionation industry as a new and influential industry and the importance of environment and resource in milk industry were introduced in this paper 
