One Clinical Treatment Case of Dairy Cow with Abomasal Ulcer and Hypokalemia

Abstract: A milch cow had been receipted in December 2005, which was diagnosed as Abomasal Ulcers and Hypokalemia as well as Ketosis and Hypocalcemia. According to the laboratory examination, when the concentration of K+ in the blood was 2.28 mmol/L, the milch cow behad myasthenia of limbs. While it got to the concentration of 3.45 mmol/L after the therapy, the milch cow could get up itself. During the whole diagnosis, we partly adopted the therapy to diminish inflammation, reduce gastric acid secretion and stop bleeding by astringency. 
