Blood Protein Polymorphisms and Classification in Five Chinese Native Goat Breeds

Abstract: In order to exploit and utilize goat resource, 8 blood protein polymorphismsin had been studied by applied polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis for 5 Chinese native goat breeds.The genotypic and allele frequencies of 5 polymorphic loci (Hb, Am,Tf,Po, Alb) in each breed were calculated. The overall genetic distances were calculated by allele frequencies. Dendrogram was drawn up by group-avarage cluster analysis. The Chinese native goat breeds could be classified as 3 group:Xiangdong Black and Wuxue, Inner-Mongolian White and Gaixian White, Matou. In addition, dying methods were improved for serum proteins. 
