Abstract: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) and porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2) are two immunosuppressive diseases which are greatly endangering swine in recent years. In order to study the epidemiology of co-infection of natural cases, we detect 237clinical cases from 78 breeding farms which in Shandong, Anhui and Jiangsu province, and find that the positive rate is almost 20.2%. The co-infection of two viruses is becoming the main swine diseases in the region. The main purpose of this article is to investigate and analyse the condition of co-infection in the region, the clinical show and pathological changes systematically. 
