舍饲羊场寄生虫病敏感药物筛选及程序化防治模式的研究与应用

摘要: 针对青岛地区羊寄生虫的主要种类、流行病学等进行研究,选择硝氯酚、血虫净、丙硫咪唑、磷丹乳油、伊维菌素、氯喹等药物对羊分别进行体外、体内虫体的驱杀试验,然后根据药物敏感程度进行筛选,建立了适合青岛地区舍饲羊场寄生虫病的程序化防治模式。

Abstract: In this study, Niclofolan, Compound Doxycycline Hyclate and Florfenicol Infection, Albendazole, Phoxim Pour-on Solution, Ivermectin and Chloroquine were selected to experiment in vivo and in vitro of sheep and goat, which based on main varaties, epidemiology etc of parasites in Qingdao, these druggery were selected with sensitivity, programmed prevention mode of parasitic diseases which suitabled for house-feed sheep farm of Qingdao was developed.
