摘要: 苏云金芽孢杆菌是目前应用广泛而有效的一种微生物杀虫剂。文章主要对苏云金芽孢杆菌的培养、分离筛选、主要杀虫蛋白及杀虫机理、基因型鉴定、构建工程菌等方面做了简要综述。

Abstract: Bacillus thuringiensis is one of the most effective and the most widely used microbial insecticides at present. The approaches to the strategy for high performance insecticide such as cultivation,selective preference strain,insecticidal crystal protein and insect disinfestation mechanism,genotype identification and constructive genetic engineering bacteria are reviewed in this paper. Moreover,the advancement and the application prospects in high performance insecticide are discussed.
