中国环颈雉A-FABP基因SNPs及其与屠宰性状和肌内脂肪含量的相关性分析

Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of A-FABP Gene and Correlation Analysis with Carcass Traits and Intramuscular Fat Content in Chinese Ring-necked Pheasant

摘要: 以中国环颈雉为材料,利用PCR-SSCP结合测序技术对A-FABP基因序列多态性位点进行研究,并分析与屠宰性状和肌内脂肪含量的相关性。结果表明,在中国环颈雉群体A-FABP基因上检测到多态性位点,为中度多态,在1106 bp处存在碱基A缺失,AA、AB基因型个体在活体重和屠体重上显著高于BB基因型个体,与肌内脂肪含量差异不显著。初步推测AA为中国环颈雉体重增长的优势基因型,A为优势等位基因。

Abstract: To Chinese ring-necked pheasants as material, using PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing technology to study A-FABP gene polymorphism and analyzing with the carcass traits and intramuscular fat relevance.The results of one polymorphic site was detected, the locus polymorphism as a moderate, in 1106 bp there was lack of base A, AA,AB genotypes in live weight and carcass weight was significantly higher than BB genetic genotype, and intramuscular fat content was not significant. AA genotype for the advantage of weight, A gene for the advantage.
