摘要: 作为先天性免疫的一部分,自噬在胞内病原体感染过程中发挥着“双刃剑”的作用,一方面自噬可抑制、消灭胞内感染病原体,保护机体免受病原体的侵害;另一方面一些胞内病原体可抑制、阻断自噬的发生或成熟,甚至利用自噬逃避机体的免疫机制,利于其在体内的存活、增殖。作者从细胞自噬与胞内病原体之间的相互关系着手,对自噬在胞内病原体感染过程中所发挥的作用进行综述。

Abstract: As a part of the congenital immune, autophagy plays a "double-edged sword" role in the process of intracellular pathogen infection. On the one hand, autophagy could suppress and eliminate the infection of intracellular pathogens, protect the body from the invader; on the other hand, some intracellular pathogens could inhibit, block the occurrence or mature of autophagy, or autophagy is even used to escape the immune mechanism, it is conducive for the proliferation and survival of intracellular pathogens in the body.The author reviewed the interactions between autophagy and intracellular pathogen, and the function of autophagy played in intracellular pathogen infection.
