猪链球菌多样性及其致病因子研究进展

摘要: 猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis,SS)是猪链球菌病的主要病原菌,同时也是一种重要的人畜共患病病原体。2005年7月四川省集体感染事故发生后,全世界对该病原体有了极高的关注。在已知血清型中,2型是最常见的致病血清型,尽管最近对其研究不断增加,但对于致病因子和致病机理的了解仍有限。作者对SS的主要致病因子研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Streptococcus suis (SS) is a major porcine pathogen and also is an important pathogen that can be transmitted to human beings by close contact with sick or carrier pigs. In July 2005, the largest outbreak of human SS infection occurred in Sichuan province, China. After that, more researches on this pathogen had been carried out over the world. Serotype 2 was the most popular one in pathogenic SS. Although the most research was carried out on it, still limited knowledge was known of its virulent factors and causitive agent. The target of this paper is to provide the newest research progress reports of this pathogen and mainly of its virulent factors.
