摘要: microRNAs小分子在真核基因表达调控中有着广泛的作用,对信号传导通路、细胞凋亡和代谢、肌细胞生成、癌症、病毒感染等方面影响显著,受到了越来越多的关注。作者主要概述了microRNA的功能及近年来人们对microRNA在自然界生物中功能的研究新进展,以期为今后microRNAs的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract: microRNAs are very important to regulate and control the expression of eukaryotic gene, they have an significant impact on signaling pathways, apoptosis and metabolism, myogenesis, the brain, cancer and viral infection. There are more and more research to do in this field. Here we introduced the function of miroRNAs and new researches of the microRNAs being the key factor in virus and animals. We expected that this article could be helpful to research on microRNAs.
