附睾中脂质运载蛋白家族的研究进展

摘要: 脂质运载蛋白(lipocalin,Lcn)家族的功能十分重要,其中附睾分泌的Lcn家族能结合一些小分子配体,呈高度区域性分布,参与很多生物调控过程,在精子成熟过程中扮演重要角色,可为研究附睾功能提供理论基础。作者介绍了Lcn家族的结构特征、Lcn在附睾中的表达、作用及研究现状。

Abstract: The function of lipocalin protein family is very important. The secretion of the epididymis lipocalin (Lcn) protein family could be combined with a few small molecular ligands, the height of regional distribution, were involved in many biological control process. They played an important role in the process of sperm mature to provide a theoretical basis for the study of epididymal function. The author introduced structural characteristics of the Lcn, the expression and function of Lcn in epididymis,and related research progress.
