摘要: 自从内含子被发现以来,一直受到人们的关注。目前越来越多的研究发现,内含子参与mRNA的转录和翻译调控及组织特异性表达。内含子的应用刚刚起步,但在许多方面都展现出广阔的应用前景。文章就内含子的功能及其在基因组学、分子进化、分子系统学和转基因系统中的应用进行了阐述。

Abstract: Since the discovery of intron, people always pay close attention to it. At present more and more researches found that intron is involved in mRNA transcription and translation regulation and tissue-specific expression.Based on intron recognition, it shows wide application prospect in many ways, but the intron application has just started. In this paper, those are discussed about the function of intron and the application of intron in genomics, molecular evolution, molecular systematics and transgenic system.
