摘要: β-羟丁酸(β-hydroxybutyric acid,BHBA)是血液中酮体的重要组成成分,在禁食和能量供应不足的情况下,可作为大脑和其他组织的重要能量来源。推测BHBA可能作为中枢神经系统的信号物质在能量和摄食行为调节中发挥重要作用。由于BHBA对神经元具有神经保护性作用,所以有可能成为治疗神经元疾病的有效物质。文章主要概述了BHBA在中枢神经系统中的作用及其可能的信号通路。

Abstract: β-hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA) is an important component of ketone bodies in blood. BHBA is utilized as an energy source by the brain particularly in suckling newborns and under starving conditions. Speculate as further signal material adjust energy central and as a biological oxidation substrate adjust feeding. Because BHBA has nerve protective effect, it may be an effective way of treatment of neuron degenerative disease. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to summarize the known central effects of BHBA and to point out the possible cellular pathways triggered in response to BHBA.
